1. Overview

Welcome to Metaflow (https://metaflow.live), operated by Beyond Casual Inc.. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our platform and services, including the digital product store, affiliate listings, reward system, USD/CMTE exchange, wallets, referral program, and games.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction to use our services. By using Metaflow, you confirm that you meet this requirement and agree to comply with all applicable laws.

3. Account Registration

Creating an account is required to access key features. You agree to provide accurate information and to maintain the security of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Digital Product Sales
  • Only digital products are allowed (e.g., software, e-books, music, courses, gift cards).
  • No physical goods permitted.
  • Users retain 99% of each sale; Metaflow takes a 1% commission.
  • Payouts may be delayed up to 12 hours for new/unverified sellers.
  • No charge for listing products. Duplicate listings are prohibited.
  • Listings are subject to approval.
5. Affiliate Listings
  • You may promote affiliate links for a monthly fee of 50 CMTE per listing.
  • Duplicate or spammy listings are not allowed.
  • All affiliate content must be clearly described and truthful.
6. Video Uploads & Rewards
  • Uploaders buy view credits to promote videos.
  • Viewers earn CMTE rewards for watching.
  • Content must comply with legal and community standards.
  • Manipulating the reward system is strictly prohibited.
7. Exchange & Wallet
Exchange
  • We provide a USD/CMTE spot pair orderbook exchange.
  • Trades incur a 0.1% fee on successful matches.
  • We are not liable for market volatility or user losses.
  • Only CMTE earned on Metaflow via rewards, tasks and prizes may be traded in the market
Wallet
  • Minimum Deposit: 1000 CMTE or $1 USDT
  • Minimum Withdrawal: 1000 CMTE or $10 USD.
  • Withdrawal fees for USDT is $2 USDT
  • Withdrawal fees for CMTE is a flat fee of 25 CMTE
  • Withdrawals processed with email-based 2FA.
  • Deposits are manual but usually quick.
  • No deposit fees.
  • Suspicious activity results in permanent ban.
8. Refund Policy

Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase via a support ticket. Valid reasons include:

  • No access or download received.
  • Product not functioning or differs significantly from the listing.

We aim to resolve disputes within a few hours.

9. WordPress Hosting
  • Hosting is provided by Hostinger with full WordPress support.
  • Includes 1GB storage, unlimited bandwidth, free subdomain or use your own.
  • Illegal use will result in immediate termination without refund.
  • 12-month contracts are sold through the store, payable in CMTE.
10. Prohibited Activities
  • Illegal activity, scams, or fraud.
  • Copyright infringement or sale of unauthorized software.
  • Manipulating systems or rewards.
  • Security violations or unauthorized access attempts.
11. Limitation of Liability

Metaflow is provided “as-is”. We do not guarantee uptime, earnings, or platform performance. Use is at your own risk. Beyond Casual Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of the platform implies agreement with the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Disputes will be resolved in South African courts or via binding arbitration, as applicable.
