Buying & Selling on Metaflow

Sellers

For digital products, only a product title and short description is required and commissions are paid out within 24 hours.

For physical products sellers are to provide a full description of the product they are listing including condition, brand, shipping conditions and delivery ETA. Commissions for physical products are paid out within 21 days to protect buyers.

Once an order is placed, the seller can provide a tracking number using the Vendor Dashboard as seen in the images below.


Buyers

Once a buyer has completed an order for a product they will have 21 days to open a dispute form date of purchase.

Valid Reasons For Dispute Case

  1. Product did not arrive or tracking not provided
  2. Product does not match the product description

Once a dispute is initiated, the Metaflow admin team will investigate both on the buyer and seller’s side and make a decision on whether a dispute is valid or not.

Buyers can rate sellers products and profiles to help keep the quality of the products sold at acceptable standards. Any sellers or buyers abusing or attempting to exploit the service will be banned.


Rules

  1. No illegal items such as drugs or guns may be sold in Metaflow store.
  2. Any user attempting to run a scam or use the service to commit fraud will be instantly banned and all their funds forfeited.
  3. Sellers must ensure the purchased product is shipped to the user within 21 days.
  4. Shipping costs must be included in the sale price.
  5. Tracking must be provided for physical products once shipped.
